This was a great stay for our large group of adults - plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen, and big couch! Would recommend and would stay again.

We were a group of 9 so with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the size of the place was perfect. We had no problems with the street parking and were always able to park close to the house. The location of the house makes it easy to go to just about anywhere you want to go in St. Louis or the surrounding burbs. The house does have a crib but it is in a small, separate room, rather than in one of the bedrooms. My daughter was not comfortable with this so took a play pen to keep her baby in the same room as her. This was an individual preference and had no impact on our experience in the home. When a minor issue came up with the home, Christine responded immediately to a message and the issue was resolved within minutes.

Our family of 7 needed a place to stay for a nieces wedding. We all were comfortable and had plenty of room. Many restaurants within walking distance. For us it was a perfect match!

Exactly as advertised. Located in a great area. Host was very kind and instructions for check in/out were very clear. The property had plenty of space, not too cluttered, and had everything we needed.

Pros: absolutely EVERYTHING as pictured on listing. One of the most fully stocked kitchens we have experienced since 2021. PEACEFUL neighborhood; wish we would’ve had more time to taste the ice cream parlor down the street. Had everything our family with our 4 adults kids, a 10 yo granddaughter & a 1 yo grandson + hubby & I could want. Cons: the only con that potential renters should be aware of before booking are strict Airbnb corporate guest restrictions to include anyone who is just VISITING you during your stay in the occupancy number. We were in town for a funeral & we could not have any family over since host explained that Airbnb rules limit “occupancy” to include anyone visiting the home, not just staying in home. Since we already were a family of 7, no extended family, even if related by blood, were allowed over beyond 3 family members due to exterior cameras around home & host cautioning us in advance of our arrival; max 10 guest occupancy.

Christine’s home was perfect for our stay with two families of all adults. It is a convenient location to many St. Louis neighborhoods and there are two great restaurants a short walk away…BoWood and Evangeline’s. The house was a wonderfully updated historic home with comfy beds and lots of air conditioning! (Which was great because we had a very hot weekend!) This home seems like a great value for our group of 8.

Circumstances lead me to needing to get an Airbnb. Christine was amazing with her communication and accommodations When my dog unexpectedly past away, she was warmly considerate and allowed me to bring my surviving dog to grieve there. Great neighborhood, walking distance to great food (Lona lil eats) and so convenient to highway. I can’t recommend Christine higher! .
